There is lack of innovation in supplying products and services in health insurance segment. There is a dire need to increase the penetration of health insurance in the country and make available risk protection in an affordable and sustainable manner. There is a need for robust expansion of branches and recruitment of agents in rural areas to tap the rural potential.
